Fume hoods are a central part of each laboratory. All work with hazardous vaporous chemical substances is isolated in fume hood interior and harmful gases are safely exhausted. They are directly inflicted by the strict rules of ASHRAE 110, CE and ISO. At Bio air clean technologies we professional team will get to know your requirement and give you full support how to implement fume hoods into your laboratory.
Construction: Our fume hoods come with double wall construction made of Epoxy Coated Mild Steel or Stainless Steel as required by customer. It is ensured that the exterior is matched with the base unit. The inner walls and baffles are made of molded reinforced thermoset epoxy resins/Poly propylene that meet or exceed NFPA 45 standard on Fire protection for laboratories using chemicals. The jambs are radiuses and aerodynamically designed to reduce the turbulence as the air enters the hood. The construction materials of our fume hoods are used as mild steel, type 304 or 316 stainless steel (Epoxy Coated) High efficiency, full duty fume hood in 48”, 60”, 72” and 96” widths. Bio air clean technologies Fume Hoods are designed for energy savings & maximum user protection. The aerodynamic face opening with airfoil provides uniform air flow through the fume chamber. A constant volume low flow hood with Vector Baffle System directs the air through the fume chamber to the bell shaped exhaust collar with minimal turbulence. Requires Remote Exhaust Blower. Fume hood, non-metallic construction, total chemical and corrosion resistance, for superior durability and long life. Interior fume chamber one piece glass smooth, all coved corners for ease of cleaning. Unitized construction reduces weight for ease of installation
